1. Deposit Requirement:

A minimum deposit of 30% is required for all backorder items.

2. Estimated Processing Time:

All backorder items are subject to a processing time ranging between 2 to 6 weeks.

3. Refund or Discount Option:

In the event that the ordered item becomes available within the initial 6-week period, the client has the option to:

Receive a full refund.

Choose to wait longer and avail a further discounted price.

4. Notification of Arrival:

Upon arrival of the backordered item, the client will be promptly notified.

5. Full Payment Requirement:

A full payment must be completed before the item is dispatched for delivery.

6. Delivery Timeframe:

Delivery will be scheduled within 1 to 3 days of receiving the full payment.

7. Communication:

Our team will maintain regular communication with the client to provide updates on the status of the backorder and any relevant information.

8. Order Cancellation:

Cancellation requests can be accommodated within 7 days of placing the order, subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit.

9. Quality Assurance:

All backordered items undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction.

10. Changes to Terms:

These terms and conditions are subject to change. Clients will be notified of any amendments.

11. Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events affecting the fulfillment of backorders, we reserve the right to extend the processing time and will communicate such changes to the client promptly.

12. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta.
