Tropical Marine Aquatic (“we,” “our,” “us”) is based in Malta and ships products within Malta (domestic shipping) and to selected European countries only. We do not currently offer shipping outside of Europe.

All orders are processed from our fulfillment center in Malta. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and the size/weight of the order.


Domestic Shipping (Malta)

  • Delivery Time: 1–5 business days from dispatch.
  • Courier Services: Local courier partners.
  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order size and weight. Free shipping may apply to orders above a certain threshold (where applicable and clearly indicated on the website).

International Shipping (European Countries Only)

  • Delivery Time: Typically 5–20 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.
  • Courier Services: Reputable international couriers (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent).
  • Rates: Calculated at checkout and vary based on package weight, size, and destination.
  • Restrictions:
    • We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or countries outside the European Union/EEA.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
  • In rare cases, dispatch may be delayed due to stock availability or unforeseen circumstances.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • All international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs at checkout.
  • Tropical Marine Aquatic is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.
