Backorder Terms and Conditions
1. Deposit Requirement
A minimum deposit of 30% is required for all backordered items.
2. Estimated Processing Time
All backordered items are subject to a processing period ranging from 2 to 6 weeks.
3. Refund or Discount Option
If the ordered item becomes available within the initial 6-week period, the client may choose to:
- Receive a full refund, or
- Wait longer and receive the item at a further discounted price.
4. Notification of Arrival
Clients will be promptly notified upon the arrival of the backordered item.
5. Full Payment Requirement
Full payment must be completed before dispatch of the item for delivery.
6. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery will be scheduled within 1 to 3 days after full payment has been received.
7. Communication
Our team will maintain regular communication with the client to provide updates on the backorder status and any relevant information.
8. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests can be accommodated within 7 days of placing the order and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the deposit amount.
9. Quality Assurance
All backordered items undergo thorough quality checks prior to dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms and conditions are subject to change. Clients will be notified of any amendments.
11. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure affecting backorder fulfillment, we reserve the right to extend the processing period. Clients will be notified promptly of any such changes.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta.
By placing a backorder with us, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
