This floating pellet allows you to readily monitor the feeding habits of your pond fish. This will make it easy to adjust the amount fed and help to reduce the chances of water quality related problems caused by over-feeding. It is a highly palatable food that has been carefully developed to offer higher feeding efficiency and result in less waste. This food also contains stabilized vitamin C to support a stronger and healthy immune system.

Product Information:

• Recommended for: Koi and all other pond fish.
• Food type: floating pellet, Medium pellet 5-5.5mm, Large pellet 8-9mm.

Analytical Constituents:

• (minimum) Crude Protein 28%, Crude fats 3.0%, Crude Fibres 4.0%, Moisture Content 10.0%, Ash 8.0%, Phosphorus 0.5%.

Feeding Guide:

• Feed 2 to 3 times daily when the water temperature is 11°c or above.
• It is advisable not to feed your fish once the water temperature falls below 11°c due to the slowing of their natural metabolisms.
• Feed as much Hikari Friend as your fish can consume within 5 minutes. Excess floating food should then be removed.

Feeding Tips:

It is important to regularly monitor your water temperature and adjust the amount and frequency of your feedings based on this temperature, the water condition, number and size of fish, and their activity level. Avoid over-feeding and always remove any uneaten food remaining after the feeding period.
