Premium Nutrition for Developing Predators
For the beginner keeper, moving from pinky mice to fuzzies is a major milestone in your pet’s development. Stoffels Frozen Baby Mouse Fuzzies are ethically sourced and flash-frozen to lock in vital vitamins and minerals. Unlike younger pinkies, fuzzies have started to develop a skeletal structure and a light coat of fur, which introduces much-needed calcium and fiber into your pet’s diet.

Feeding Guide for Beginners
-
Thawing: Never use a microwave. Thaw the mouse fuzzy in a sealed bag in a bowl of cool to lukewarm water until it is soft throughout.
-
Warming: Once thawed, dip the head of the fuzzy in warm water (approx. 38°C) to mimic the body heat of live prey.
-
Presentation: Use feeding tongs (hemostats) to offer the prey to your pet. This prevents accidental bites and keeps your scent separate from the food.
-
Frequency: Generally, juvenile reptiles are fed one fuzzy every 5–7 days, but always consult a species-specific care sheet.
Safety Tip: Always wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling frozen feeders or cleaning feeding areas.
